We do not sell slings or carriers online. All purchases must be made after having seen the product and spoken to a member of the Babywearing South West Team. Therefor, we do not accept returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
This is not a toy – do not leave children unsupervised with this product. Strangulation risk. We use only food grade silicon beads, BPA + Toxin Free, Strong cord and breakaway safety clasp. Individual components the product is made up of are 100% compliant with fda certification requirements. Wood teether have passed ce/en71-3/en71-2 certified. Silicon teether have passes ce/fda/bpa free/en 71-3/ Australian standard certificate.
1:1 consultations, sling clinics, workshops:
Consultations booked and confirmed are subject to our 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your consultation/sling clinic block or workshop with less than 24 hour notice you will still be liable to pay 50% of the fee. If you have already payed, 50% will be refunded back to you.
Babywearing Support in all forms (at drop-in, sling clinic, workshops, consultation): Safety
All parents / caregivers must disclose any medical or health complications to the babywearing consultant during the session or in the pre consult questionnaire.
Babywearing South West will show you how to use a carrier. It is your responsibility to read and follow the instructions and safety guidelines from any carrier or sling that you purchase.
If you feel pain while using a carrier, change the carrying position or remove the carrier. You are welcome to contact Babywearing South West for support and advice.
It is your responsibility to ensure the sling or carrier is safe and not damaged. That the carrier is used correctly and that your child is safe at all times.
